Carving the Pumpkins!!!

The last thing we did this weekend, before I went to bed is carve the pumpkins. I still have not given Mommy and Daddy that weird face when I touch different textures with my hands or mouth, but hopefully one day I will. I had a lot of fun playing with the pumpkin goop and the seeds. I had it all over my face and hands by the

time we were done carving. Mommy went through the seeds as usually to roast them and Daddy cleaned out all the goop. We had such a great time doing the carving as a family. I can't wait till next year when I can really get into it. Next week in my Baby class we are all dressing up and walking around the hospital in our costumes. I am getting excited for that. Also, Daddy gets to go with me and Mommy, since he will have the week off from work. Mommy and Daddy are going to dress me up as a little pumpkin. It is a nice warm outfit. Hopefully I will love Halloween as much as Mommy does, with all the orange!!! Well I need to go to bed, it is way past my bedtime. I just love to share!!!

HORSES!!!!

I told you, this weekend was full of fun. I got to go and ride Uncle Kelly's horses. Auntie Hosanna put me on with her and I got to ride Honey Bear. I had a lot of fun. I think I liked pulling the mane than riding. Conner rode the horse all by himself. He did such a great job. I love being around Conner. I am always smiling at him. I can't wait till I am able to play with him and have him show me all the cool things he knows how to do. Daddy even got on a horse. He has never really rode one before and had a lot of fun. It was a great Saturday night activity with the family. I am excited to go back and ride again. It is nice being around Uncle Kelly and Aunt Ileen. Hopefully one day I can gallop around the feild just like Daddy and Unlce Joel did. I even got to see Chickens walking around the farm. It was great.

Rice Cereal

This weekend was a very exciting weekend for me. Mommy and Daddy gave me rice cereal for the first time. I really liked it. I did a great job at pushing it to the back of my mouth with my tounge and everything. More got on my bib than in my mouth, but I am still working on it. Grammie, Grampie, Papa, and Grandma all came over to watch me eat cereal and to all give me some. It was so much fun. I am so excited to try a fruit and veggie. Mommy says next weekend I will get a veggie, we are going to do it when Daddy is home and to let me get the hang out eating a solid food. Mommy and Daddy can not believe how big I am getting. I did not really make any funny faces getting the cereal, like they were hoping, but maybe with a veggie I will give them one. I already am getting angry when they do not feed me fast enough. Hopefully there will be some funny faces next week with the veggie.

Baby Shower Time!!!

Good Morning Again~

This weekend was a very busy, but fun weekend. I got to get all dressed up and go to Auntie Jessica's Baby shower. Earlier in the week I got to go to her doctors appointment and hear the heartbeat. I just smiled when I heard the heart beating. I can't wait to meet her. Mommy says I can meet her in about 7 weeks, hopefully not any longer and not too much sooner. We want her to be very healthy.
I was the hit of the baby shower, besides my Auntie. I was the stud muffin, or the stud cupcake that Auntie Audrey made and I really wanted one. Mommy said maybe next year she will give me a cupcake.
I got so tired when Grandma was holding and rocking me that I fell fast asleep with my arm up and all. It was a very nice nap.
It was so nice having both my G's there. I am so happy that we are all so close. That night Grandma and Papa came over with Pizza ( still did not get any, hopefully soon). Grandma gave me my bath and put me to bed. She really liked it. I was trying to get her in trouble though. When she went to put me down I gave her big smiles and started to talk to her and of course she could not resist talking back, so then she just rocked me a little more. It was funny!!!

Pumpkin Patch!!!

Hello All~

This weekend was such a great weekend. I got to go to the Pumpkin Patch. There was a lot of us: Mommy, Daddy, Great Grandma, Aunt Theresa, Uncle Kelly, Uncle David, Zachary, Grammie, grampie, and Uncle Casey!!! We had such a great time. I helped pick out my own pumpkin. Next weekend we are going to carve it. I can't wait to put my hands in all the goop!!! I got to go on a hay tractor ride out to pick the pumpkin and then we had to walk through all the mud. No one slipped, which was good. Last year when I was in Mommies tummy Daddy slipped, but it was also really muddy last year with all the rain. Uncle Casey held me a lot. He walked around with me. I tried to help him pick up chicks, but none of them were cool enough for him!!! HA HA Hopefully soon I can run around with him and Daddy.
I had such a great time with everyone at the pumpkin patch. Afterwards we went out to lunch with everyone and that was very nice also. We had a great day. Stay tuned to watch my reaction to all the goop next week. Mommy and Daddy are excited to put my hands in there!!!

Fall is here!!!

Good Morning Everyone~

Fall is here and you can really feel it outside. Mommy and I try to get a walk outside around the neighborhood or to the park, when it is not raining, but that is hard. Hopefully today we can get to the park. Conner is coming over, so that will be fun to play with him.
This last weekend Mommy and I went to Aberdeen for Auntie Jessica's baby shower. We had a lot of fun. The drive up there was awful, there was an accident and we got stuck in traffic for hours. They said I did a great job in the car. Auntie Jessica got in the back seat with me to play with me and gave me a bottle ( thank goodness Mommy packed one). Daddy hung out with Uncle Bobby and had a lot of fun, but he sure did miss me. The drive home was much better. I started to really grasp on to people and things. I love to give hugs out and to squeeze tight. We are on a hunt for a walker. I sat in one at Milah's birthday party and loved it. We are trying to find a certain one, so hopefully we find one soon. I love sitting in my excersaucer. I play for about an hour by myself and with Mommy. She is usually in the room, getting laundry done and then she comes and plays with me.
On Saturday my other Auntie Jessica had baby Elle. I am very excited to meet her. Aunt Jen and the boys are going down to see her. Mommy and I really want to go sometime soon to meet her. I can't wait till we can roll around and play together.
I am just growing up so fast. Mommy can not believe that I am almost 5 months. I am really started to watch Mommy and Daddy as they eat. They always feel guilty eating in front of me now. Mommy said the end of this month she will let me have some rice cereal. I am really excited for that. Her and Daddy will give it to me one weekend, here soon. I can't wait. I know they are excited about it also.
Mommy and me have still been going to our Mommy and me class. We really like to go. We also have been going on walks with the other moms. It is really nice for Mommy, so she can ask questions and find the answer with the help of the other moms. I like to go and see all the kids.
I got a Bumbo seat, from the Khans. I really enjoy sitting in it. I can last about 15 mins, unless Mommy is doing stuff right by me. Evie and Jackson like when I sit in it and they eat dinner. I like that also. Hopefully soon I will be able to sit in it for longer.
Grammie and Grampie got a swing for me in their backyard. I really liked it. The first time I was in it, I was not feeling well. The swing made me feel better. I can't wait to go in it again. I love the swing.
The next couple of weekends we are going to go get a pumpkin. I am very excited. Last year I was in Mommies belly, her and Daddy got me one and the farm and cut it out for me. This year, I can hopefully help. Mommy and Daddy are going to put my hands in the goop of the pumpkin. We will see how I like that!!!!
